We are a self-governing organization. The Board of Trustees has seven members: President, Vice President, Secretary, and four Trustees. Each member of the Board serves as a liaison to various committees. Board meetings are conducted monthly and are open to all. An annual congregational meeting is conducted in June to hear committee reports and elect church leaders as well as conduct other church business.

The church leadership ensures the smooth operation of the overall management of the church and its programs. We are a lay-lead church which means we do not currently employ a minister, but we do have services led by visiting ordained UU ministers generally at least three Sundays per month.

The church’s budget is funded primarily by pledges and contributions from members and friends. We are healthy financially: currently, our revenues are in excess of our expenses by a small amount; we have sufficient funds in the checking account to pay bills and we have a small endowment from generous donors. We seek to nurture our spirits and help heal the world through our worship services, religious education for children, the celebration of rites of passage, social action programs, and the various committee work.
