All loose money in the collection plate will be split 50/50 and donated to our monthly recipient.

Our recipient for the month of March is the International Convocation of Unitarian Universalist Women.

This is an organization that is fighting for women’s equality worldwide. The International Convocation of UU Women is an NGO with special consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council. It is the only UU group to have such status. The ICUUW works in 12 countries, accepting grants from UU women and assisting with micro loans, planting fruit trees, teaching women about birth control, violence prevention, and leadership skills. The ICUUW raised $100,000 to support Ukrainian refugees who fled to Unitarian Churches Hungary and Romania.
